The Midnight Fly Casters’ last meeting of the spring is Thursday, May 16, 2013. It is a special casting event at The Pump House for members or prospective members to tune up fly casting strokes before summer fishing. Participants may be casting in the snow, and may have to eat a no-host dinner in The Pump House instead of on the deck, but we are Alaskans. We can do it. Fred DeCicco will be MSFC’s instructor. DeCicco has been developing some new casting techniques and teaching methods over the winter and is anxious to get us fine tuned.
